RicW 67
I'm from the East Midlands. (Loughborough if you really want to know). I worked in the knitwear industry most of my life. I've worked alongside Hindus. If the lads decided to meet for a beer when the shift finished, the Hindu guys would be well up for it. I've worked alongside Poles. FFS, they can shift a few. Sikhs? They don't like a beer or two, more like six or seven. My daughter's boy friend is Latvian and he can drink me under the table. I've worked alongside Muslims. "Fancy a beer after?" "Oh no no no! Drink is evil the HOLY QU'RAN says so". British social life centres on the pub. If you ain't willing to join the local social life then don't complain if people want nowt to do with you, you snotty twat. Ahem. Sorry, rant over. Ric
