darren watson 14 Posted February 13, 2011 Report Share Posted February 13, 2011 well done mate, and respect for eating your spoils. i've got probably 8 pigeon breasts in my freezer just waiting for a nice recipe. all the ones i've cooked so far have been over done and a bit rubbery so i've definately got some room for culinary improvement yet!
