Snap Shot, i NEVER insulted you it was YOU who said I WAS THICK. I infact was trying to help Fellow F.A.C an S.A.C as well as your self. Two years ago Local to where i live a Farmer was suffering Sheep lose an Damage (it was Badger an Fox) etc Local no-all "if i see Dog or anything with the Sheep i will shoot it" Saw a dog in with the Sheep, shot it Dead. LOST both his F.A.C an S.G.C an a Hefty fine, also (you are right) the Dog owner was Fined. As for the posting of the Act's perhaps you should READ them AGAIN or better still Talk TO a Firearms Specialist Solicitor (no i cant spell, perhaps this is why you think i am thick). As for sign's or Farmer's giving written permmision they are NOT woth a hoot. Two Farmer's around here an i have seen it in Kent, Surrey Norfolk etc have sign's "Tresspasers an those with out lawful access WILL BE SHOT AT" So in your eyes just get the Farmer to put it in wrighing as he has a signs as well "you would be leagal" to shoot at Tresspasers??????????? Get of your soap box and Interpret the Law as it is MENT, Not just so you are right, You are better man to admit your wromg than accuse me than being "THICK" Oh i have held a S.G.C for 41yrs and a F.A.C for 35yrs owning rifles up to a .300 Win-Mag on a "OPEN TICKET" For me this subject is NOW CLOSED

you insinuated i was a moron like any other with a gun, i have not been arrested neither has night hunter, !!! So if you could point out the bit where it says i broke the law i

But in the laws eyes on that day and a few others i was not arrested, As i worked within the law to control the animals causing trouble,

 

SO as i said if you could show me where i broke the law, under what act and when it was introduced i would be glad to see it....

 

And where the hell do you think that any farmer has the law on his side to shoot someone who strays onto his land....!!!! your taking things literally.....

 

So for now i'll stand on the soap box until YOU prove i'm breaking the law......
