Aye should be I'd phone about the relevant people though mate and make sure incase you've missed something but them 6 points will be on your license for a few year so if the sentence of 6 points wasn't followed by a ban of however long I don't think your banned but like I said id phone the relevant people and make sure incase you've missed something.

 

The same thing happened to my mate. He got caught on a little pit bike thing and got 6 points given to him in court. He thought he was banned and in the end turned out he could of continued learning to drive all along...

i'm not too bothered about the rate on insurance cos it will drop sooner or later

 

but i though it was a case of pass test then liscence is revoked right away and have to do it all again

 

but if i can pass the test and get the insurance and thats me sorted then all the better
