mexlad 189 Posted February 1, 2011 Report Share Posted February 1, 2011 right then, i passed my test last month and i have been trying the compare sites for insurance on a discovery cheapest iv been quoted is £1500 im 25 and just wondered if there was any other young drivers insured on a 4x4 and who you with or just any advice really or anyone who knows any good insurance company's, all the best mexlad. hullhunter 219 Posted February 1, 2011 Report Share Posted February 1, 2011 thats cheap ive been looking on the compare sites and the cheapest ive got for a daihatsu fourtrak is £4600 as a new driver im 27:wallbash: so i had a look at a subaru impreza wrx estate and it was £1600 feck knows how they work it out they must just pull the first number that pops in to there head. olim 28 Posted February 1, 2011 Report Share Posted February 1, 2011 try being bloody 17 , i am learning to drive at the moment and looking at insurance and they want 6 grand plus, i have seen quotes of up to 40,000.
