Guest Frank
A good lurcher to lurcher cross, bred over generations, from a well known line, that the pups are allways spoken for and bred only by that person, to keep one back. At the moment and so far, my whippet pup is turning out to be good. Frank.
Guest Ditch_Shitter
" FastDogz " (Four foot what?! ) I'd be happy just to not live a split second longer than Orange Dog, the love of my life. Failing that, one of the greatest and most respected Trainers / Breeders in US is constantly urging me to accept the gift of one of his own American Bull Dogs. If the swaggering, knuckle dragging 'Chav's' don't manage to wreck the image of and get That breed banned next? I guess one of these days what will be a broken and lonely old man will finally accept my good friends overwhelmingly generous offer. Right now though, I Have all the Dogs I need or want
Ossie 11
my dog, but with a fully-functioning brain. a dog that'll drink out of it's sodding water bowl would be nice. my boy will only drink out of a bucket in the garden. other than that, i'd have a few bergamasco sheep dogs, if i lived somewhere a bit colder. or an azawakh if i lived somewhere hotter. i'd like to get a little yorkie & use it for the purpose it was bred for, i.e. ratcatching. Guest Ditch_Shitter
Ossie; Have ye ever tried placing the water bowl into the rim of the bucket? Seriously. It raises the 'offering'. Some - especially 'leggier' and Most especially younger, leggier Dogs simply find it uncomfortable to 'get down to' a lower bowl. Worth a spin?
Ossie 11
i think he just likes crappy water ... he'll crouch down into the most precarious position to drink out the pond, the water level being about a foot below ground level. the bucket in the garden has as much water in it as his bowl, so it's no less far to reach. he'll drink out of puddles... he's just a bit weird really. Guest Macnas
Pointer Different breed from the Large Munsterlander, spaniel sized, HPR. I've always thought it would be interesting to have one.
Guest oldskool
besides the pup i'm keepin back i would like a pup from my other lurcher molly... i would like to cross her with a 3/4grey 1/4beddy or wheaten cross.... i would love a greyhound pup out of good stuff, and start into trainin and racin them... the greyhound idea is just a lingerin thought that i've had for a year or so, i'll probably never act on it ... Tina 1
deffo a whippet x greyhound for me! wouldn't change my dogs for the world (except Binx the lady/boy dog  )
Stabs 3
I'd love to get hold of a well bred pudelpointer just for general mooching about or maybe a German Longhaired Pointer. A pharoah hound because they are absolutely stunning and i want to know if they'd work as well as a lurcher. In short...they don't too vocal for a lot of work over here. Lovely dogs but. Hob & Jill, thanks for the compliment
witton 6
Anything thats capeable and willing to take big deer single handed, sika and fallow. Big, powerfull, fast, bideable, smart, game and full of heart. As long as it trys and keeps going when the odds are backing up against it. Its got to want to do its job and do it in style. It must show no fear and never back down. And finally it must be able to end it fast and efficently and allways go for the neck. I dont want a bum chewer. Paid 935
i'm more than happy with my present 3, but if we are just talking "if only" then I've always wanted an african hunting dog
