pointer28 1
My Chemical Romance - Black Parade Not really into chart stuff, but like this one, very similar to The Wall by Pink Floyd in the sense that it's quite operatic.

Eggy 0
Both great (in different ways...) 1. Agnus dei-Samuel Barber (please listen to it ) http://www.schirmer.com/default.aspx?TabId...kId_2874=24241# 2. and of course good old Jimi....My favorite is: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l5TczkLw2H0 Personal opinion...please don't take any offence:....... the majority of music "by sales" produced in the last ~20 years is "popular" commercial "spin" rubbish..including (loads of) -bands with a 'U' in it  that somehowe still manage to sell their crap right into granny age (ie yeeehaaa....a rolling runt gathers no moooosss....PR manager certainly did an excellent job, by relentelessly repeating/pushing it onto the wireless..as for other *U** bands. We'll never see if folks in the future (lest say 200 years) equally value/compare Oasis with the beatles (or jesus christ;-), Elthon John with Rachmaninoff, Cliff richard with Elvis, Sugarbabes with the sex-pistols, a fart with.. UB40.. ... but I know where to put my bets Rant over..... Cheers Eggy Edited April 10, 2007 by Eggy
