wank here,if i dont get some soon al go out me f*****g head...thank f**k for the dogs to keep me busy and this signing on shit..dont get me started on that all ways some c**t in there looking like h

its a bit shatty over here, there is jobs out there though if you wan't to work for fook all,

i've just been bittin and battin but the the mortgage still needs paying,

most of the jobs you see are all from agencies and all temp jobs so if you get rid of the agencies and let the employer "employ" i think that would be the best solution thumbs.gif

Problem is its so difficult to take someone on, if we have a bit of extra work then to take someone off benefits is a right ball ache. First they stop getting council tax and houseing payed for and when work runs out they have a gap before they start getting benefits again and a lot of people with responibilites cant take that risk. We have just found it a complete waste of time trying to take someone on legit when we only have temp work. I can see why people get agency staff.

Saying that I'm living week to week at the mo, the thought of being un-employed scares me to death, if fuel goes up any more, as it no doubt will, I dont know what we will do.

yes mate its not good, but if i was an employer i wouldn't use an agency, they charge the employer (lets just say) £10 ph and pay the gimp £6.50 and yes, they are a business, i just wonder if you could get a mortgage by working for agencies.

but maybe on another note the benefits are not worth losing thumbs.gif

can i give you an example of a job on the job centre site.

it was from an agency

temp roofer slater/tiler doing repairs on various properties throughout w yorks, must have transport and ladders, temp for 1 day £80.

cheeky cnts.

all i can say is

GET A PRICE for your remedial work you TWAT.

no offence to you by the way thumbs.gif

Yes but if you get staff from an agency (we never have and never would) then if work dries up you just get rid, no claims for holidays sick pay etc.

As for benefits not worth having, its not so much what they give you but not paying council tax etc, fuel for commuteing even child care, wish I didnt have to worry bout those things!

fairplay for not using the agencies, can't you just not use casual labour? i thought an employer could, up to £150 per week but that's maybe a few years ago thumbs.gif

Hey im not knocking agencys, I may need some temp work myself if things get much worse. Yes we take on casual labour, I was just commenting on how hard it was to take someone off benefits and do it legit.
