jack lee 137
any one tell me whats work situation like over in the uk, is it as bad as over in ireland,no jobs about except very low pay, that the foreign lads are doing, employers now are really just employing foreign labour, the thing is most foreign lads have no mortage and about six or eight of them share a house,so no real over heads, and the work is getting scarce over here again,

just jack 998
its a bit shatty over here, there is jobs out there though if you wan't to work for fook all, i've just been bittin and battin but the the mortgage still needs paying, most of the jobs you see are all from agencies and all temp jobs so if you get rid of the agencies and let the employer "employ" i think that would be the best solution

First they stop getting council tax and houseing payed for and when work runs out they have a gap before they start getting benefits again and a lot of people with responibilites cant take that risk. We have just found it a complete waste of time trying to take someone on legit when we only have temp work. I can see why people get agency staff. Saying that I'm living week to week at the mo, the thought of being un-employed scares me to death, if fuel goes up any more, as it no doubt will, I dont know what we will do.
