rocky1 942
did you start him daytime first ,if so i allways think its best 2 start a lurcher lamping first ,i don,nt mean never show him nothing dureing the day what i mean is not as much ,they will stop the dog doing what you say and hunting up on the lamp ,the no1 thing in a lamp dog is how quik the dog comes back imo Edited January 31, 2011 by rocky1 Quote Link to post
3 Turns 326
ALRIGHT MATE.YOU MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TO STOP HIM USING HIS NOSE ON LOST RABBITS AS YOU SAY HES A GOOD FERRET DOG AND PROBABLY A GOOD MARKER AND MOOCHER .YOU COULD TRY GUILT TRIPPING HIM WHEN HE FINALLY COMES IN.I USE THIS TACTIC AND IT WORKS MOST OF THE TIME.
