Gun Dog Question

Hi lads If you have a gundog working cover and disturbes a deer/hare or fox causing them to move on.(but dosent chase them).Where do you stand legally.

Still allowed to use a dog to flush a fox to gun so cant see there being any legal issues. But im not an expert on legalities obv.

undogs are still aloud to flush weather it be birds or hares , foxs thats how the hunt get around it , they still hunt foxxs but have some one there we a gun that get around the law

If its on council owned property i was informed by their wildlife officer [bANNED TEXT] he came over to me wile the springers were working some cover that i could be prosecuted for disturbing and hunting the wildlife on council owned property.atb dell

Its the same here Dell.Been doing the same council ground for over 30 years.Now they have put game wardens on it.PC brigade again.

Does that mean then that you cannot take your dog for a walk on council owned land?????....... Wasnt that all you were doing?
