Shamo 319
Hi I could do with speaking with someone who has experience in the above law, with reference to British Finches etc. Anyone? I WOULD LIKE TO PICK YOUR BRAINS.
Meroman 105
The bottom line of this law is that you must be able to prove that any british birds in your possession are captive bred which is very hard to do if you are standing on front of a judge and the expert witness for the prosecution is a certain Mr.C. Basically the burden of proof is on you.

Shamo 319
The problem is 'expert' versus 'expert' at the end of the day, in these cases. The expert witness/advisor for the RSPCA, in this case, is Rodger Cayton, of British Bird Council fame. I have photos of him, on my mobile, taken only a few days ago! I believe the Wolverhampton area is his 'resting place', but someone can gladly prove me wrong.....should they know? Good thing about this Country, it isn't very big and someone always knows someone who knows someone else, who lives somewhere. REWARD OFFERED.

Take the "for advice" away and I think you have it , if you have pictures on your phone you should have got your revenge then rather than leave evidence on here. Many thanks for the advice, but been doing some research myself already. Thanks to those who have e-mailed and PM'd me, the Country is getting smaller! Please keep them coming...Vehicles? Habits? etc. To the guys who have insinuated some kind of revenge or me "jive talking" (?? lol)......please....... do you honestly think I would lay threats etc over the Internet. Just collating information for reference, possibly, for use in the future. I am just waiting on a photograph for confirmation of something (these new Phones are 'spot on') and then the sender can have several drinks on me, if it all 'pans' out.
