muck boots

Recommended Posts

been thinking of getting a pair of muck boots and fancy the tay ones, does anyone know if there much difference in the tay and taysport? i know the sport are lined but are they more comfy? as ill prob only wear them in winter the lining will be of use. do they give much support?

anyone got a pair of either? what you think? worth the money?

i normally wear combat type boots but it been so muddy i been wearing wellies but there no support.

anyone know an online store?

Get them mate but if your boots/wellies wear down in one place on the sole then put some metal studs in that place on the muck boots  Because I walk heavy on my right heel this part of my sole wears down quickest simply stick the stud in on the day I buy them problem solved

ps I buy a new pair at the beginning of every winter and do this never had a pair leak or wear out yet I just like buying new boots every year, got three pairs now

I have only heard good stories about them, but I'm on my second pair over two years and they cripple me. The neoprene lining balls up and digs in at my heel and when I have to pick the little balls off, the lining evemtually gives way and the heel collapses.

I bought the tay, and I'd be interested if anyone else has this problem or have I just got useless feet.
