turbotyke 62
NOT BEING NASTY.B/B CARTRIDGE ATB i know your not mate a lot of people prob think the same but were willing to give the chance to the pups. if mine is no good for work when shes a adult if shes fit she will be going to a pet home but i know what to do if the problem gets worse or stays i will have mine pts atb jenna Quote Link to post
fresh earth 47
Dont think it will come to that jenna as i say a mate of mines cocker was the same and it was fine by the time he was a year old but in a running dog it could affect there over all ability so you need to consider these options now before wasting 12 months rearing a pup to then have to start from scratch again with another thus taking 2 years to get to the initial 12 month stage of a useable dog. Can no one else remember that dog the other year just seems funny to me that it was also a saluki highbrid could it be a fault in some of the saluki genes ? 1 Quote Link to post
kevin from bristol 95
my mate had a collie pup with this last year it was so bad it couldnt even stand up after 5 days not getting up we did the right thing just glad yours getting over it only time will tell and be interesting to see how they turn out Quote Link to post
fresh earth 47
think it will look worse in a running dog due to the length and shape of there legs Quote Link to post

I do see your point about considering those options now, but even if mine doesnt work she will be staying anyway, but if her legs stay the same as they are i will consider having her pts, all in all hopefully they come right as im sure they will, 1 Quote Link to post
