bird 9,977
I am classed as a low life poacher but would hand it in streight away like a mobile phone i found [bANNED TEXT] out and about contacted a number on it and returned it same as if i found a lurcher or other working dog i would try to find its owner. UH ! it's a wallet not a dog ! Its some bodys personal belongings with other things like bank cards in it no doubt its not like finding a wad of notes on their own with no clue who they belong to then in most cases most people would keep them. spot on Del, you never know it could happen to one day,my wife lost her handbag few years ago. A young girl came knocking on the door with it, my wife was well happy, she gave the girl £40 quid and she was happy with that

earthmover2011 94
if you hand it in to the cops and it aint claimed they get to kept it after a waiting period i think thats just as dishonest ,it goes into the forces funds , just the same as if a house is left with no owner the council of that area can claim it even though it aint theres no you tell me who the f*****g thieves are wake up people and if it only enough to by wellies and nets its hardly gonna feed some ones kids is it depends on price wellys and nets normaly fithteen quid each out shop so if buys few nets like four there sixty quid yes people make them sell them cheaper iv got six netts they cost me ninty quid
SHOTTGUNKELLY 11
Me I would hand it in , What goes around comes around Edited January 22, 2011 by SHOTTGUNKELLY
bert the fert 28
Me I would hand it in , What goes around comes around That's always been my opinion too. I've returned a wallet before now and the old chap was chuffed to bits. I've also been dumb enough to leave my purse in a supermarket trolley when i'd just taken 60 quid out of their ATM. I was nearly in tears when i realised what i'd done and shot back to the supermarket asap. I honestly thought someone would have pocketed it, but no...a really nice lady had handed it in but had refused to leave her details for me to to be able to thank her properly. SNAP SHOT 194
NO question give it back, you don't know the circumstances that this money is stuffed with cash, ie could be paying a large bill, buying a car, You shouldn't even need to ask to be honest, but i think your just gauging peoples views, i found quite a few wallets, and stuff, if no ones details on it i handed it into the police, who took my name and addy, and if it wasn't claimed within a year you get to keep what you handed in.... or it was back when i handed stuff in... Snap.

Strong Stuff 2,171
Shame he didn't leave his keys with it too judging from some of the posts on here, then you could have gone and robbed everything else he owns and maybe had a shit in his bed while you're there, just to really f.uck him up like.
