Forgot to mension that its singed by the author :D

 

Are you sure mate ? 'cos even if he wrote it when he was five and signed it when he was 80 that still make your book over 100 years old.

 

Quite a bargin for £20 :hmm:

I dont really know alot about the value of books, this book was printed 18 yrs after

the first one so i dont see why it couldnt have been singed ??

 

I bought the book at a car boot sale, I'll get some pics up you can let me know what ya think ?

Ok folks after Phoning the book dealers this morning, it would seem apparant that because the word reprint is used it is unlikey that the book would be from the 18th centuary therefor it cannot be an authentic signature of the author. :(

Had it been as discribed the book would have been worth well over £600 :icon_eek:

 

so still for sale at £20

but if that had been truely sighned, phewwwwwwwww

 

youd be alot richer than you are now! good book for anyones collection tho. i once heard a well known huntsman say, its like his bible, and wouldnt go anywhere without it, he is a prat tho!! :D:D
