liamdelaney 2,586 Posted January 25, 2011 Report Share Posted January 25, 2011 Ithink the dog was called hacketstown jack maybe wrong yea Big man .Two different dogs ,BUT i think beard by the same man,Cleo was a beautiful bitch,she was the only dog to do her time in waterford way back in early 80s.They where two off the best Heavy dogs,they done what they where bread to DO.GO back and read Mr Cooneys post ,(i.e Jigsaw )Tongs ,Lurchers,&Heavy dogs,Good HUNTING MEN,SPORTSMEN, KNOW THE DIFFERANCE. Yes no neil personally dug with him for a few years gud man gud dogs doubt he was diggin in the early 80s he not that old .Im a long time diggin id like to think i was also a sports man then some people differ with there variation of sportsmanship yis I think between the two of us F/man we know what sportsmanship is, Wouldn't it be great to go back to the 70s & 80s and show the youngsters how it was RUN, With out Tongs and LURCHERS. Have to agree with you.Camera's camcorders even mobile phones should be left at home,too easy for the wrong person to make a mountain out off a mole hill.Ive gone through a lot of dogs down through the years,no pics just memorys even when my dogs got stolen i had'nt one pic of them to put up searching for them.
