well thats not justice banning people not behind the wheel yes they co accussed for hunting eligal if thats [bANNED TEXT] they doing but to ban a person not driving they should put an apeal against it the public should have the law acts so know if not just stitching u up they be lo pole round it some how al ways is just some people get charged and leave it well for lads who got banned aswell thats what i would be doing apeal all the way just some judges dont give f**k what they charge u ask for different judge as he might be wanker like most

would like some feed back on this boys as its worrying me a bit. i'm a banned driver have been for 7 yrs is it true if your out hare coursing and your not the driver but are in the vehicle will you get banned driving aswell? anyone know? as i've heard a lot of different stories.

A big heap of us are up next month all summins for diffrent days arrived at same day as if to set an example. my mate les had 4 hit the mat and his 16 year old boy 2.

 

the court want me to send my licence for a ban if guilty

I didnt drive any land I had a transit parked on a foot path 5 mile from my house after picking my mate up we walked lurchers up footpath and let them off. Iv got my own tree firm and theres a real chance I could go out of business directlie over this and lose my familys home. I carrie out rabbit control on 10,000 acres a 5 min drive from the spot.

you can mate i was in boston a few year back anyway we got caught i was the driver all 3 of us had a licence however when keeper and copper arrived me and one of them had made it back to car the other guy still on land me and guy in car got let of and one on land got band and hefty fine remember i was the driver

Then why don't they ban people that use there cars that commit other crimes, if it had been used to travel to the scene of the so called offence, ie like shop lifterks. Don't most people that commit illegal activities use the vehicles why arnt these bande.

it just another way to put money bk in the system scum I would tell the judge to f**k off me like not motoring offence walking the dog and not new law saying so is there correct me if Im wrong but if on public path walking the dog say u take my licence well ill be claiming dole money at least paying tax's unlike some people so they got choice were the human rights in this taking licence off people go local papers me and name shame the courts hate publicity not motor offence walking dogs or being a passenger of vehicle what ' about when people nick cars there passenger who joy ride don't get banned makes feel sick try ask for motoring law act so no rights bet don't issue you with one because load bollox
