hi guys looking for a little help. just got a ess a week ago (9weeks old) when i tell her no when shes chewing things

she barks at me lol is this normal? i know shes a pup but feels like when telling her no im getting nowhere.

kool mate thought so just my lab never barked and im jus making sure.

Dont forget dogs dont understand actual words its the tone of voice be firm with a husky gravelly voice when scolding you will get there much quicker , her barking shesjust learning to communicate

try to manage her so she not chewing on something shes not ment to, and if she does, distract her with something the two of you can play with

you dont want her to see you as a block to her blossoming drive , chewing and ragging are the first elements of drive a pup will show

she will begin to see you as a part of her drive process if you engage her in play,

dont worry bout dominating her, manage her as best you can , best of luck with her
