TATTON PARK PIKE

Recommended Posts

i think its just me and peet cuming fishing as wel bro

its full of big everything mate, big roach = big pike. But its a very hard water. You need a marker float but the amount of weed makes even that hard. Fish from the first tree, about 40 yard out is a drop off. Find that, find the fish. But like i said, its an old, hard hard water. I wouldnt really recommend it tbh.

Tough as mate... And i wouldnt fish were the guy recomends, Unless you have something special what everyone who fishs there doesnt have..

It has always done good fish, and 20 odd yrs ago when you could get a livey or 2 into your swim, it was well worth a visit if you were nearby..

You want sport mate, pick an easier water...good luck Russ

Never said it was a HUGE fish, my biggest pike stands at 36lb from Chew Valley, and my biggest UK freshwater fish is a 47lb Common from Acton Burnell. So yeah, i do know what im doing. I was just making a point after you knocked my sound advice, that decent fish do come from that peg if you fish it right. A 19lb Pike is still a nice fish and still well worth noting. Why you felt the need to discredit what i said without offering anything up yourself is beyond me, and then why send me a message about it as well? Bit sad really isnt it mate.

Not At all mate, the advice in telling somewhere to fish in a known peg, isnt very good.. And you dont really need to be mentioning weights, does no one any good. calm down, i said good luck..Glad you enjoyed your time on chew valley, as we fought long and hard to get it open to the PAC as well as other waters. What date did your 30 come out, and who was on patrol.. I may have been there... I was guiding on chew and a few other trout waters before we got them available to the public. Atb.

And imo a 19lb is a double, and isnt really worth noting, but each to there own...
