medic1281 5
Hi, I'm being a bit cheeky really, but i'm looking at investing in Night Vision and am considering the Pulsar digisight. I've seen the youtube clips which look ok but i'm wondering if there is anyone in the North Shropshire, South Cheshire, North Wales region that have got one that they wouldn't mind demonstrating to me? I'm thinking of probably having it on the HMR but putting it on my .223 is also a possibility. Any help or advice would be appreciated but ultimately I'm after looking through one! Thanks in advance, ATB Phil Quote Link to post

coldweld 65
Tried one last week. Seams expensive for the distance you can see with it . Also left me with no night vision in my right eye for 3-5 min. Must add it was a mates so might not have been adjusted properly, but i still would NOT spend £999 on one. Quote Link to post
medic1281 5
That's what I was worried about, just want to try one to see if I could put up with it! Thanks for the info, it's appreciated! ATB Phil Quote Link to post
quicksilver 0
That's your best option try one first and make your own Mind up. We borrowed one for a week and I think for a rimfire it would good but a longer ranges it didn't seem up to the job. Quote Link to post
Holdaway 2
That's your best option try one first and make your own Mind up. We borrowed one for a week and I think for a rimfire it would good but a longer ranges it didn't seem up to the job. Mine arrived today from Idleback chairs. Very pleased with the service and with the goods so far. Of course it needs to be field tested first. I will mainly be using it on air rifles for rats and rabbits at night. I opted for the full kit which includes the IR torch. My only gripe is having to fit a weaver rail which has raised the sight by about half an inch, I am sure I will get used to it though.
