podge 95 0 Posted January 19, 2011 Report Share Posted January 19, 2011 shock collar are band in wales i might try the water thing can he see other dogs cause when me 2 could see each other threw the fence they built up tention between them and kept barking at each other and it got to a point were they couldnt be let out together or they would startt fightin..a barking dog is the most annoying thing...hope that may help in sum way.
