has any one tried this ammo

Recommended Posts

People speak very highly of it. I'm still waiting to get my hands on some in .243 to try out, but I've heard generally good things about it. As you say, for the price you can't go wrong. Some rifles don't like it, but that's the same with any ammunition, so got to be worth a box to try out!

As most of my mates don't reload and only shoot at the range, this is the stuff they use. I'm happy coz I get to nick all the brass which to be fair isn't that good but hey it's free :whistling:

It's not as accurate as Gold medal match but then it's no where near the price. If you want cheap accurate ammo then best I have seen is GECO (sp?)which produces one hole groups in a friends pro-hunter.

at £58 per 100 for 22-250 i was just wondering what people thoughts are

Used them in my .223, - 55 grain soft point, good on accuracy, seem to be loaded to max judging by the recoil :whistling: fox do not like them

ps The brass is also reloadable---all round gains
