sam4530s 37 Posted January 16, 2011 Report Share Posted January 16, 2011 (edited) hi ppl today was our 3rd time out, we arrived at our land about 13:30 the first burry was about a 30 holer but i only had 20 nets with me , anyway we set up and sent the soldiers in within about 3 mins we had our first bolt followed by another 2 . then we had two bolt from un marked holes we had our dog with us but sadly she was a bit slow at spotting them but she gave a dam good chase , my dog is daisy she is an english bull terrier not the best dog for hunting i know but she loves it and is showing loads of interest in the sport hear are a couple of pics of our day out . atb sam Edited January 16, 2011 by sam4530s Quote Link to post

web22 27 Posted January 16, 2011 Report Share Posted January 16, 2011 the more you go the more you will learn so it's all part of the learning curve,once you've got more nets(and an alarm clock!)you will bag more,you can't beat getting out in the country,and isn't a bullterrier a bit hard mouthed for picking up rabbit?they might look a bit skewered when you get them back!!
