Aaron_butcher 17 Posted January 15, 2011 Report Share Posted January 15, 2011 we had mice in the cavity and didnt have a clue how where they were coming from. turns out there was a tiny hole at ground level behind some cladding and they were in the attic aswell. stubby 175 Posted January 15, 2011 Report Share Posted January 15, 2011 if you have cavity walls then pests can enter at low level and climb up into attic, tree rats can also climb outside brickwork to holes in facia or loose slates, peanut butter on your traps will catch either, place in your attic, and check outside for entry points, dont take the advice of putting poison down rats suffer from neophobia (fear of new objects) so can sometimes take upto 2 weeks before going near a trap Quote Link to post Share on other sites
