Nevthecool 0
Slight bit of cheap tat if im honest mate......if i was going to buy one it would be the most expensive on the page......your better off getting a 2nd hand version of the one's we have mentioned above....because you will eventually be moving onto live quarry its best to get a rifle thats up to the job and has more chance of dispatching the quarry quicky without not wounding its only fair to respect the quarry you will be hunting...hope this helps you out mate Thanks alot i thought it might have been to good to be true do you know any good places to buy second hand rifles??? stillair1 16
Get a s/h tx200, then you won't need to upgrade. Buying s/h do a face to face deal unless you know the rifle and person selling. Quote Link to post

bow hunter 10
hi mate, just been reading through some of the replies you've had, and i would of thought that for the some of £250 you probably could pick up a falcon fn12 or fn19 thoose are usually around that price range i know ive seen them being sold for £225 second hand with a scope. if you only live 10 min from your local gun shop, surly they'd fill it up for a couple of quid if your dad takes it along for you. anyway good luck in your search Quote Link to post

pianoman 3,587
Can't fault the advice you've been given Nev. With a budget of 250 quid, go for a secondhand Weihrauch HW77, HW95 or HW80. All of them at the top of the class. OR Air Arms TX200 rifle or HC carbine. Google them up and have a good look. You will not shoot better than these I can assure you. I own them all and love em to the point of perversity!!. Take your time and try them all. With Weihrauch or Air Arms spring rifles, you'll have an air rifle you can grow with and develope your shooting with among these listed here. And that's what you really need. When you have more cash and want to go to a Pre Charged Pneumatic rifle (PCP), the experience and know-how of shooting a top spring rifle accurately will pay you back tenfold! Buy a cheap Gamo or Norica or some other "bargain" and you'll be wanting to get rid of it within a year. ATB Simon 1 Quote Link to post
