cody 4
alright everyone me and roxy of the site decided to go for a wee shine last night,i took my dog rollo he's about 2 year old and probably in his prime at the moment, roxy took his young dog about 9 month old for abit more experience on the lamp and she is coming on well.we started in the first field put the lamp on and there was a couple of bunnys sittin maybe 25-30 yrds away.i let my dog of and roxy kept the pup on ,my dog ran straight down the beam turned once right into the cover and caught the first of the night.i then took the beam of to the right were there was a rabbit just lyin, so took the pup abit closer and gave it ago but as roxy slipped the dog mine was already headin at the same rabbit full pace out of the beam, any way they caught that aswell.we got the dogs back on the slip and walked another 20 yrds, put the beam on and rollo was of again gave a good chase then dissapeard of the beam down a dip around a corner, so put the beam off thinking that one got away but 2 seconds later i heard that little squeel u always listen for so was pleased with that.all in all it was a good night out just thought i would share itwith everyone cheers Quote Link to post
