kevin from bristol 95
funny how that money is much more important to some people than the life of an animal that has worked for them , and fullfiled the vary purpose to which they first got it, what i mean is that he could be bothered to advertise the hutch for sale but not the ferret its self and im assuming becasue the hutch is worth more than the ferret... f*****g nob. im sorry but id have been f****d if i would have given him 10 quid for the ferret, what i would have given him was 2 options, either i take the ferret for f**k all OR i neck YOU twat ..... Ay mate maybe i should have just took it , but i just wanted to get the ferret home without a argument so i payed me money and was on me way . So i've lost a tenner but hopefully midget will pay it back in rabbits , if not i couldnt give a toss to be honest it will have a life with me until it dies , i just can't get over some people attitudes towards a ferret A good ferret will repay its cost in rabbits easily over a year , i suppose it happens with all working animals to a certain extent weather they be lurcher , ferret or terrier . You watch this time next year i'll have about 200 of the furry buggers that people want rehomed im the same i take em all in off the young uns round the estate when theyve had enough keep some but rehome most i advertise them as failed workers most of the time just so they dont end up dead or living in shit but i bet most end up like that good job ive got space and lots of good mates that work them the ferrets life is a mad state of affairs but only we can changeit and only in a small way unfortunatly nice one anyway and good luck 1 Quote Link to post

Hedge_hunter27 18
Good on you for taking the ferret in , probably would have done the same, bit of a softie too , hope she is alright . I can’t stand people like that :realmad: , shouldn’t be allowed to own anything  . My ferret died on boxing day, I had him years & I don’t have a clue how old he was when I got him, he was kind of a rescue, my friend found him wondering around his back street & brought him here, he was a big polecat & very well natured & although I don’t want another one, I do miss him  . Couple of pics. Quote Link to post

stroller 341
Its the idea of a ferret in a minging cage that turns my stomach they are such clean little things. and i know after ive cleaned out the court especially if i renew the bedding in the kennel they go mental running about and investigating it all. To be covered in shit is pure neglect Quote Link to post
