Its strange you can chop off the fourskin of a 8-9 day old baby boy without being a Doctor, but its illegal to snip a puppys tail at 3-4 days unless your a Vet!!!

Must admit I agree about the circumcisions comment. You can't snip a pup's tail off (legally) to prevent damage and suffering later on, but if you wear a funny cap and have curly hair you can chop your babby's bell end down to size for "cultural reasons"
