Tyla 3,179
Im addicted, simple as that. Nothing beats working in partnership with a dog you've brought up, trained and cared for. Before the lurchers i had a gundog, when he died i lost interest in shooting as it was only something that allowed me to work my dog. With lurchers i no longer need a gun and get a huge kick out of their versatility. They are a lifestyle, most things i do revolve around the dogs or working the dogs. You could say im a pusher as now my wife is as hooked as me! Quote Link to post

CarraghsGem 92
because its a great excuse to go wandering aimlessly at night with the dog and the lamp, could be considered a spiritual thing as im never more relaxed but its more likely that the fresh air and exercise help me with my insomnia + i love the thrill of the kill, even more so when ive it skinned, jointed and have it in a pot slow cooking, i love eating what ive caught myself, gives me an appreciation for my meal that you just dont get from the meat you buy in the supermarket. 1 Quote Link to post
