I'd say with the dogs still having their collars on this could be a revenge attack on someone rather than a calous dumping,both dogs seem well fed and i wonder if anyone has lost dogs in that area but is to frightened to say.Spineless c*nts trick which way you look at it.

Lanesra - Yes it would be a publicity campaign and no it would not help.

 

What would grassing them to RSPCA do? Police would take over and most of the country would want to kick the b*****ds heads in. Then they would get offered protection from public and maybe get a community service order.
