cheers all again  ive just got off the phone from the vet and he is happy with her progress, she has eaten a full bowl of food but is still very shaky on her front legs which he said could be abit of concussion and bruising from the impact. ive got to go and pick her up as planned still and if there is not major improvement he wants to do a malogram (spelling???) on her. apparently its injecting fluid into her spine and then x-raying her. whatever happens she has to rest for at least a month and then play it safe after then

Gutted for you mate.

All I will say is that after my own dogs serious collapse and 3 days in the vets early last year, is that he was never the same, and a working dog with a high prey drive doesn't make the best of pet dogs. All mine ever did was look for ways to escape.

I was offered the choice at the time and I have to say I wish with hindsight I'd chosen to let him go the night he collapsed, instead I spent over 1000 quid and had the most difficult 10 months I've ever had with a dog.

Best wishes though, hope it works out alright for you.

i know what your saying mate but im hoping i dont have to cross that bridge
