Hope these will do, I took them at Pont Fadoc about three years ago.

He gets his own private booth in the van does not want to mix with the lower classes :notworthy:

Sorry GWH i disagree with what you say about breeding out of two marking hounds, that the pups out of that mating will also mark,WORK is the only thing that makes a pack of hounds mark nothing else,i'v

Old dog i only said there would be a good chance of hounds marking coming from parents that marked . Your right about what you put in you get out we also have a couple of hounds that search and find well will always be the front running hounds but do not mark no matter what . yis

Don't take it wrong GWH,i wasn't having a dig at you mate ,i only stated what i have found out over the years that i have kept hounds, over the years two hounds stand out with me,a dog called simon and a bitch called christmas, without a doubt two of the best marking hounds i have ever had in kennels or seen with other packs,i lined them two,she had 6 pups i kept 4 and i gave 2 away to my mate, all of them worked well ,but only 1 came to mark with me,but i would'nt class him as a marking hound because he would join in with the other hounds,to me breeding has nothing to do with it, i might be wrong we learn something different every time we go out hunting nevermind how long we have been doing it, ATB
