zini 1,939
Thankyou everyone for the very warm welcome to the section. LOL LJ stands for Laura-Jayne but what you said made me laugh, it was very quick and funny. I'll see about getting my own I'D at a later date when I have shot more and am better experienced. Hi Matt yes Simon has still not lived that last shooting whooping down. What was it? 34 points to him and 37 points to me and only after being taught to shoot for 3 hours from Simon prior. Well I must admit Simon and Tony were telling me where to point at on the sight for lift and wind and I was using his baby girl as Simon calls it, his beloved r10 from his bipod while he was shooting a rifle with a spring in it and not resting it on a bipod at all. Still going to keep winding him up though lol. Hello Owen, great to hear from you again. Yes the snow at Marks was very bad wasn't it? Simon has now edited the new footage with Tony and it looks very professional. You are now officially staring in his 4th production. Ok will shoot off for now, until soon, takecare and Godbless. hunter1989 91
Hello everyone, I'm using Simons log on as I don’t know enough about shooting and hunting yet to have any real input into the forum, plus I enjoy just sitting with Simon and reading the threads from you guys. I wanted to be polite as Davys meet post and introduce myself to you prior to the next section meet so you know what I look like and who I am going out with. I like shooting but Simon has only been learning me the sport since June this year and have not yet shot anything live due to Simon wanting me to get more experience on paper cards first. I have already met quite a few of the regulars on here in person at the last meet and am really looking forward to meeting other members at the next meet if me and Simon can make it and his work fits around the date. Please everyone have a lovely New Year and I hope to speak and have a drink with you all at a later date. Laura (LJ) hello l.j hope to she some good reviews and pics when you have learnt a bit more atb steve Quote Link to post

zini 1,939
Lol Simon, that's true buddy. This one of mine is a wonderful woman and I love her to bits, but I can't let her whip me again. No rules in militia war lol. If I have to sabotage her combo, it must be done lol. Anyway nothing wrong with twisting your girls 2 turrets, hehehe. Si Quote Link to post

zini 1,939
Hi Davy pal, It's really funny that you have said that about the HFT because I have been thinking about it myself buddy. Tench invited me to the Northamptonshire meet in April and said it will be awesome, but work is the issue as you say with my location pal. I really enjoyed my first comp at yours and did find it interesting and a challenge. Since then I've set up a couple of small comps with friends, Laura and Tony, nothing big just about 6 or 7 targets at random ranges not lased till after the comp and it's been fun and yet again challenging. If I find a HFT club in my new settled area I will join i think buddy and give it a go for sure with Laura, it's something we could both do together and have fun while making us both better at shooting and hunting. Phantom 631
Hello LJ , hope you lookin after the chuckle brothers ( Si and Tony ) Welcome , Buster Craig Son! (best Mr Meagie impression) You wanna slap? :11: I despise the Chuckle fecking brothers, Laurel and Hardy, perhaps; but not the fecking chuckle brothers PLEASE Laura is a fantastic hostess, and can't half cook, (wheres the drooling Icon) slurrrrp, drooooll etc..... she's also got a natural talent for holding aim while pressing the trigger and following through she whooped my ass in our little comp Together, they make a perfect couple Phantom Quote Link to post
