billy10 8 Posted December 30, 2010 Report Share Posted December 30, 2010 hi ive jus started working in a butchers shop,was wondering that if i was to make mince out of all the left over bits would you guys be interesested in buying it at 25p per pound,i will be useing chicken wings,chicken backs,breast bones,chicen hearts,chicken livers etc,ill also be doing the same with lamb.
