No competitions for me mate ! LOL ! The black dog in the pic beat my lamping bitch in the THL comp two years in a row !!! So I just do it for the fun now ! It's just good to see people getting interested in Deer X's again !

To be fair chart it's a great thing there making a come back but give it 10 years where will you get such a dog ? Out of working stock I know shane hound has such a beast ( working deerhound) but getting harder to find I did toy with a deerhound pup but I thought against it

In ten years time, I hope I'm still around !! LOL !! But I know what you mean, but there will still be lads who will be breeding the gear to do the job. There probably will not be working Deerhounds, (are there any now ?), but if the best Deer X's we have now are bred properly, there is no reason the good stuff should die out !

no that sire has passed away mate errant knight ,

i never asked trevor what from (3 months ago he said)

the bitch i picked was the biggest bitch, i took this bitch because she looked the smoothest

and she was a live wire climbing all oner the bed

pups looked well bar the runt poor little bugger

picking her up on the 10th so defo get some pics up

i think there is one pup left in the litter? not 100%

The smoothest looking ones from that cross at that age sometimes turn out to be the most broken coated.. but dont worry, it will not be too hairy,
