2 cups dry meal

2 slice brown bread

1 raw egg

1/4 pint of milk in the morning not fed when taken out obviously

3 cups dry meal soaked in boiling water and left to cool

4 slice brown bread

half a big tin of meat

handfull raw mince

and some electrolite at night

this is what i feed any my lurchers on and amounts will vary in size of dog but these are what i feed a dog between 25/27 inch

Goats milk is better for dogs than cows milk mate, They digest it easier

sorry bud i never specified which milk but i use the 1% fat stuff

i dont even know if any shops near me sell goats milk i've never seen it in them but mind you i wasnt really looking

ANY FARMING SUPPLIERS THAT SELLS BAGS OF POWDERED CALFS MILK WILL SELL GOATS MILK ALSO. HOWEVER GOATS MILK IS MORE EXPENSIVE AS IT CONTAINS BETTER NUTRITION PER WEIGHT THAN CALFS MILK DOES. I ONLY USED IT WHEN WEANING PUPS ON TO A MORE SOLID DIET AROUND 3WKS OLD , BOTH GOATS & CALFS MILK HAD A LOVELY SWEET SMELL WHEN MIXED WITH WARM WATER & I SOAKED A DECENT COMPLETE MEAL IN IT GRADUALLY MAKING IT FIRMER AS THE PUPS GOT OLDER. GREYHOUND MEN HAVE LONG GAVE THEIR DOGS A BREAKFAST WITH WARM MILK

aye it was a good greyhound man that i used to help out in his kennels walk his dogs etc etc that i got this diet from and i've stuck to it for years

terrierjohn you local asda will do goats milk cravendale its called loads of calcium in it im giving it to my pup the now mate

like i said bud i havent seen it probably cos i wasnt really looking

so i will have a look next time i'm in or get the misses to look

ANY FARMERS SUPPLIERS SHOP WILL SELL CALFS MILK & ITS A BIG BAG. PERHAPS SPLIT COST OF BAG WITH YOUR MATES??? IM BACK USING IN MY DOGS FEED WITH THIS BRUTAL WEATHER UP HERE. I DONE BODY BUILDING YEARS AGO & IT WAS PREACHED THAT MILK/EGGS/ CHICKEN & WHEY WERE THE MOST DIGESTIBLE SOURCES OF PROTIEN. SOME CALFS MILK WILL BE AN EXCELLENT ADDITION TO DOGS DIETS IN THIS HELLISH WINTER  Edited by optimus
