Just tip folks, if you poor hot water onto the complete dog food to let it soak, you will take out most of the goodness from it.

Only luke warm or just luke, not boiling!

I feed red Mills Racer mainly, along with rabbits and butchers off cuts. Was feeding Gain, but gone back to red mills, as they have improved their formula and my dogs look well on it.

I think Gain has gone down hill of late!

HOWEVER MOST DOGS AS WITH PEOPLE ARE DIFFERENT. WHAT MAKES 1 DOG FAT MAY KEEP ANOTHER THIN. IVE SEEN FEN DOGS RAN ON A NORMAL COMPLETE MEAL RUN WELL & OTHER DOGS THAT NEEDED A BETTER DIET TO MAINTAIN THEMSELVES. HOWEVER SCIENTIFIC YOU BECOME ON YOUR DOGS DIET THERE IS AN OLD SAYING "you cant put in what God has left out" & YOU CANT MAKE A POOR DOG IN TO A GOOD ONE IF THE ABILITY SIMPLY ISNT THERE

ANY FARMING SUPPLIERS THAT SELLS BAGS OF POWDERED CALFS MILK WILL SELL GOATS MILK ALSO. HOWEVER GOATS MILK IS MORE EXPENSIVE AS IT CONTAINS BETTER NUTRITION PER WEIGHT THAN CALFS MILK DOES. I ONLY USED IT WHEN WEANING PUPS ON TO A MORE SOLID DIET AROUND 3WKS OLD , BOTH GOATS & CALFS MILK HAD A LOVELY SWEET SMELL WHEN MIXED WITH WARM WATER & I SOAKED A DECENT COMPLETE MEAL IN IT GRADUALLY MAKING IT FIRMER AS THE PUPS GOT OLDER. GREYHOUND MEN HAVE LONG GAVE THEIR DOGS A BREAKFAST WITH WARM MILK
