I got to say and im no real hard terrier man myself just a keen interest really. That the dog doesnt look like it can breathe properly no mind hunt. I bet it has problems licking its own balls and arse.

Sadly, this freak is being called an "American Pit Bull". In fact, the back-of-the-magazine ads are full of dogs like this -- huge chests with legs that look stuck on, over weight, over large heads, and dogs that can barely move. These dogs are FAR far from the lean, well-moving stock-working dogs we still have in the U.S. to move cattle and catch wild pig. The over large, beam-chested freaks like the one pictured are dogs bred by folks who want a big tough-looking dog to parade around. The dogs and their owner waddle around on street corners and at the edges of parks with a massive dog on a short leash and the owner trying to look tough. The reaction they desire is to have mothers grab their children and recoil away -- some small men need this reaction from others in order to feel like big men. As for the dog, recognize that it is a sickness and a sadness, not a joke. It can barely move, probably cannot breath too well, and will be in joint pain soon enough. It''s owner, who bought it to look tough, will grow out of that faze of his life and the dog will probably spend years 2-12 tied to a chain in the back yard going crazy.
