Aaron_butcher 17
It started off as lamping with the air rifle but thought we'd slip to terrier just for a laugh and it caught! We took 2 dogs a couple of times (both terriers). We had one dog stood near cover where we thought the rabbit would run to and walked the other dog up to squatters, it would chase it to the dog by cover and it would cut it off. Its a right giggle and the dogs love it. The 7 and the 10 bag was with one dog though. I'll try and get some photos. Quote Link to post
huntingryan 33
did the dog that you walked up to the rabbits ever catch any because i am going to try it Quote Link to post
Aaron_butcher 17
yes mate, the time we caught 7 and 10 was with one dog. It was mostly small fields, just walk them right up to the squatters like you would if u was entering a lurcher. They miss more than they catch but they love it. Quote Link to post
