never owned or run this cross before!! but have high hopes for this one!! if hes half as good as his sire i'll be a happy hunter, 9mth 25" an still growing!! still too much of a baby to do anything with!! but hes got all his manners now and has been easy to train so far!!

There is some right crap written about F1 Deer/Greys ! Not fast enought ? This pups dams half brother won the Greyhound Derby, TWICE ! She is the fastest lurcher I've had ! She's 29" and turns almost as fast as my 23" bitch ! She's had pleanty of rabbits, and jumps, hunts and lamps ! She is doing EVERYTHING I expect of her at 17 month. She won't be used for ferreting LOL !!but that isn't what she was brought in for !!!!

I've had Deerhound blooded dogs before; had a beautiful 1/4 Deer 3/4 Grey, but it succumbed to parvo many years ago, before we fully understood the "cat 'flu" !! My little bitch Delta, is 1/8th Deer, not much, I know, but you can see it in her ! I have seen a good few Deer X's work, and they always impressed. I have high hopes for Lima; she hasn't been rushed, and is starting to do what I wanted, and expected, of her. Only time will tell !
