has the greyhound ever worked??? what will happen to her after the breeding?? why not work the two you got now and worry about pups when you need some?? :thumbs:

 

The two what i have now ?

I only have one other dog and she is a lakie x

I have no idea what will happen to her after the breeding and she's ex track so never done anything in the field

i have the same breed mate dam track g hound sire working s/g hound she is good way ferrets just get her with them at a early age she has thrown more to the g hound very racy looking but does just fine

 

Thats good to hear mate , its not essential if the pup makes the grade as a ferreting dog but would be nioce if it could do a bit of that as well :thumbs:

To be honest lads we have no idea how much is in him he is the result of saluki/grey back to saluki/grey a few times over. My neighbour breeds salukis and his stud dog and jet are similair in build and shape.

does ok for me mate but she not got the greatest feet but all the others from the litter seem to be ok i have her sire here aswell mate :thumbs:

A guy in my town is having this as a planned breeding after christmas dam is the greyhound sire is a saluki x grey .

Have had a few nights on the lamp with the sire and he is mustard on the lamp , also good daytime :whistling:

Dam is a rescue grey hound from a track that he has rehomed for this breeding .

 

Whats everyones opinion on this cross , will these throw to the sire or the dam ?

I will want it as a day and night dog and maybe a ferreting partner although i'm not fussed if it doesn't take to ferrets .

when your pup is grown and running.chose the ground you run,as this breed tend to have foot problems.atb :thumbs:
