bubba_gump 1
Great news. The anti hunting bill was defeated yesterday, there was plenty of support for hunting in the assembly A GREEN Party bill which called for an end to hunting with dogs was opposed by almost every other political party in Stormont yesterday Quote Link to post

Appleseed 27
wer did u find this out as i havent heard anything ? artful the green party tried to get the bill past on the quiet thats why you didn't hear anything about it, it didn't even get brought to a vote so it got through out lol Nothing quiet about it. The Green Party did a lot of advertising. Countryside Alliance where all over it drumming up the support from MLA's. Anna Lo should keep her yellow nose out of it. darrell jnr 16
great result for you lads over the irish sea....GOOD HUNTING TO YOU ALL... darrell. Quote Link to post
Fat-Ferret 857
Brian Wilson from the Greens brought about the Proposed Hunting Bill...but failed miserably. The CAI did well in getting information out and pushing support from the MLA's - It was easy to see from the outset which way the vote would go, Anyone I spoke to from any party had support for hunting. But they arent stopping there, there is an ongoing Bill aimed at putting the Irish Hare on the permanently protected list by the greens. If everyone puts in the effort as they have done with the Hunting Bill, there is no reason why it too cannot be defeated. Quote Link to post
