lofti 579 Posted December 15, 2010 Report Share Posted December 15, 2010 this dog was totaly unfit due to an 11 month lay off with ligament damage on her front right ankle she did no running at all,and very little walking in that time, i had to slowly build her back up to get the ligaments strong again buy road walking every day, after the vet said i could start to run her again when the leg was strong it took about a month and a half to get her fully fit .
