that arent frozen over in northern ireland , could anyone point me in the right direction, even a river?havent been out in weeks now, drove to my favourite lake on saturday, 4" of ice covering the entire lake! pm please, thanks

you'll be lucky, most the lakes still have a layer of ice over them yet and another cold spell for this weekend wont help !!

 

a river would be your best bet but as to where sorry i cant help you there but good luck on your quest

most the lakes round me ie, fermanagh, donegal & leitrim still have ice on them

river qoule or sumfin you call it bout 30 40 min from newtownards there is pike rudd roach and perch i think a man said there was bream aswell

same over here, me and a pal went out tuesday night hoping to catch a early morning pike, after messing around with sorting everything out and the trekking across 2 fields and rail way tracks we finally got there and was frozen over, decided to try and break the ice which we did, put rods out and by morning had frozen over again.

 

cant wait for this weather to do 1 so can crack on with fishing
