Nik_B 3,790
I love Wales I've travelled a fair bit but the UK is my favorite place, we've got some spectacular scenery.
Malt 379
The Gower is lovely, fair play. If you like what you see there think about heading right out to the west for a day, Pembrokeshire is very similar only there's more of it.

Why on earth would you want to go there Gower, now there's where you want to head On a serious note, the Gower is a very beautiful place and there are plenty of places to stay, the National Trust own quite a lot of Gower with properties that they rent out so they may be a place to start
Malt 379
Pembrokeshire? Why on earth would you want to go there Gower, now there's where you want to head Not as many sheep shaggers in Pembs as there is on the Gower.. The Gower salt marshes slow the sheep down to a crawl & make them easy to catch for deranged Swansea jacks such as yourself..

Since the war they've been just up the haven from at least 3 refineries, one power station and now two LNG terminals.. The toxic waste has got to come ashore somewhere.. Sorry about the thread Harry, but as you can see we Welsh are a truly pleasant bunch, even to each other...
harrycatcat 31
I think all this banter is a smokescreen to keep folks away from the Gower and area I went to Anglesea for a week last year and it was great, as long as you didn't want a lay in as the jets woke you at 8am sharp. Gower is fine, its Pembs you really don't want to go, full of filthy refineries and things. Won't find a massive industrial plant within 100 miles of the Gower eh Mal? Sorry about the thread Harry, if you need anything for down this way, drop me (or even Mal if you dare venture to Pembs) a PM P.S my signature is from the Gower coast, just one of the views
