Pics of Mooch this Morning

Recommended Posts

Same here WR, and unfortunately we're having more snow on the way

I was out a few mornings ago and the dogs mangaged 6 for the pot, however since then we've had very hard frosts.

At least your out, and that's what counts.

;)

Looks nice Mooching ground Wildrover..... Good luck out with the Stinkers in the morning.

Had a few hours out with the Stinkers and 'Jake' saturday morning. Ferreted some nice little Sets along the verge at the side of a Lane that borders some of my permission.

Only small 6-10 holers etc.... so it was a case of Ferrets in..... Rabbits out..... bolted like steam trains :D Only had 1 Dig..... a massive 18inches to 3 Bottled up in a stop end :toast::toast:

A Farmer stopped on his way to a Shoot day and joined us for ten minutes just as we were moving up the Lane. Dog gave me a good solid mark so netted up and dropped the ' Black Eyed Assassin ' in. Straight away the Dog indicated that Rabbits were on the move.....10 minutes later we had 3 to add to the bag and.....more permission :toast::toast:

Ended up with 27 and some new permission so not a bad couple of hours :tongue2::laugh:
