They cant touch you its come onto your property , a few years back i had a bullgry x welsh hound gry he did loads that used to come into the yard of our shop premises , sad thing was , the owners used to come in the shop and ask my dad to put up a "lost " poster !!!

all cats are classed as feral as soon as the leave there own land so i would not worry about it.

i.e

once MY cat leaves MY yard it is classed as feral.

Yep same in the States cats are not considered pets if they are outdoors. Probably won't get you brownie points with your neighbour though.

The law is the cat was trespassing so shouldnt be there not the dogs fault
