The Soundtrack of your Life .........

Recommended Posts

What would be the `Soundtrack of you Life ` . If you had to make a compilation of songs that mean a lot to you , or spark a memory , weather it be good or bad , what the list comprise of ?

Im not talking about a favorite song , or one that you liked to dance to , i mean the ones that instantly take back to the moment . The ones you and `the lads ` all loved when you were away in Spain , the one that you ( as in Mr and Mrs you ) call `your song .

I was 8 years old when my Mother brought me a `single` , i can remember it as clear as day . It was the very first record i ever owned , and i played it over and over , untill they were sick of it . I still have it today , in a box with my Vinyls , my very first record .

So the first track on `The Soundtrack of My Life ` is -

The Devil went down to Georgia , by the Charlie Daniels Band .

Now dont be shy , lets hear em ,

Bust .

HI mate,

So many memories linked to songs i'd be here all day, i was on stand too duty one night and the grids swamp thing played in the background, a few of us went nuts, 1998 i think that was....!!!

cara dillion ROSES is a haunting song that reminds me of the past,

but recently, KOL. revelery and a few other of their songs, and daniel merriweathers RED, have both great and bad memories linked to them, And i nearly choke at hearing them on the radio...

i hope your well mate.... i'm still on back up pc tower as my lappy's still sick..

Snap.

White Rabbit by Jefferson Airplane playing in a smoky bikers pub when i was young and daft enough to think i looked dead sexy in grungy black leather and cleopatra eye-liner :icon_redface:

Encore Une Fois by Sash playing at full belt on the Kenwood in my tipper. It always made me drive like a loon.

You're My Best Friend by Queen, the soundtrack to tears and recriminations, break-ups, and make-ups.

Monkey Wrench by Foo Fighters, favourite track off The Colour and the Shape. Played it to death in the car so it always reminds me of hooning round the track in my evo.
