Ideation 8,216
I think its one of those things, it might be fine forever but there are enough people out there who have lost good dogs over something stupid after years of their dogs getting on fine, to testify to the fact that its probably not worth risking it long term. Simoman 110
I wouldn't advise it, not good practice, terriers can take offence easily.......... Quote Link to post

robo-christ 40
personally i'd never kennel any 2 dogs together unless i was 100% sure they would get on in every conceivable circumstance. Quote Link to post
terrierjohn 49
i used to have the terrier and lurcher in the same kennel the terrier used to bully the lurcher and wouldnt let the big dog in the bed until the big dog snapped and drilled the terrier into the ground by luck i was sitting on the doorstep and stopped the fight right away but if this happens when you are not there to intervein you will end up with a dead terrier Quote Link to post
